You can use the faucet by going to r/ConeHeads and commenting !faucet. You can only do this once for CONE even though BitCone is tippable and mineable in multiple subreddits.
The good news is that you can do this once for each currency supported by the CommunityCurrencyBot. That means you can !faucet many different currencies and build up your off-chain balances so you can tip others or withdraw them to your wallet.
