Track and Discover the Price of Stellar Tokens That You Can Tip!
Since our inception, RCCMarketCap has been the go-to platform for tracking the price and performance of community currencies. The site’s original goal was to focus completely on EVM-compatible chains like Ethereum, Arbitrum Nova, and Polygon.
However, after listening to feedback from users and communities, it has become clear that support for non-EVM chains needed to be added. We took our first step into the Stellar Network by integrating Stellar Cannacoin as a beta feature.
Why Stellar?
The decision to add Stellar to the system was made because Stellar is home to communities with tokens that could be tipped in their subreddits. We want to help communities find information about their favorite tokens in one, easy to read place.
The Road to Full Integration
Following the successful beta test that saw the launch of Stellar Cannacoin, we’ve now built out full support for Stellar tokens to be tracked right alongside tokens running on EVM-compatible chains. This included an overhaul of backend systems and adapting of our APIs to support Stellar.
With this update, we can now display tippable tokens that run on the Stellar network. Stay tuned for Stellar tokens to be dropped on the website soon!
